Windows installation instructions

Hello and thank you for creating this library! Could you please add matplotlib installation instructions on Windows? I have matplotlib installed under Python but matplotlib-haskell is not seeing it. Thank you.

Oh I see, you are calling python3 here. On Windows this would be python or py.
