Hi, my win 11 laptop has a built-in bluetooth 5.0 adapter and as far as I know bluetooth is also compatible with lower versions, but the package tells me it does not find any adapter. does anyone know what I can / should do so that it finds the adapter? ble-adapter-1 ble-adapter-2
