Sphinx Bibtex breaks Sidebars

When creating a Bibliography using ABlog and Sphinx Bibtex, the sidebars do not show up on the generated page. I expected the HTML, and the sidebars are generated in the HTML, but the HTML contains some incompatibility. My impression is that this is a very minor issue with a

Then link the RST and build, click on the link for the bibliography, and everything works great except the sidebars disappear.
