Staking/Governance transactions don't update the ui asap

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When you do anything in regards to staking or governance you have to wait ~30s till the ui refreshes.

Describe the solution you'd like This is related to the useTransaction handler only refetching pool data on success. It would be nice if it would allow specifying a on-success hook or similar so for gov & staking these two could be refetched (and in the case of faucet only the walletBalances or similar)

Describe alternatives you've considered One could always refetch everything after a txn, which is super wasteful though.
