feat: bump @walletconnect/ethereum-provider to ^2.23 via resolutions

General Changes

• Bumped @walletconnect/ethereum-provider to ^2.23 via resolutions.

Developer Notes

• The update was done using resolutions to avoid conflicts with the current version of Next.js.
• Attempting the update without resolutions causes an issue where Next.js 12 cannot read the latest ESM JavaScript syntax introduced in some of the upgraded files.
