consider yield bearing collateral yield in Net APR

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The UI doesn't consider sDAI, stETH, cbETH, rETH, MaticX, stMatic yield when used as collateral while calculating "net APR" leading to massively misleading UX.

A lot of Aave V3 Revenue & volume is from emode loops but due to this lack of proper UI information, almost all users are believing they're loosing money while they're actually earning.

this drive traffic to third party websites showing correct revenue.

Describe the solution you'd like Pull yield info from Lido, rocketpool, maker, stader & such, add this to UI show correct numbers.

Describe alternatives you've considered None.
