Added support for Gujarati language.

@rasodu sorry for letting this rest for so long, thanks for contribution!

I create a discussion here: https://github.com/aave/aave-ui/discussions/293 as there's some general things we should figure out before adding more languages imo. Regarding CI I will have a look later this week - i think the ipfs upload doesn't work for fork prs.
