Adopt for Visual Studio 2010

How hard would it be to adopt this plugin to Visual Studio 2010? Is there alternatives?

I think that it should not be difficult to support VS2010. It is probably just a matter of using the correct assembly references. However, I do not have access to VS2010, therefore I am unable to test this. If you manage to make it build, I will happily accept a pull request :)
