App crashes on extending Threatmap frag when location's off

Describe the bug App crashed when the location is off and threat map fragment is opened in the playstore version.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. After closing the app switch off the location
2. Then restart the app
3. Click over the navigation drawer button and select Threat Map
4. App will stop working and eventually crashes.

Expected behavior Alert/Dialog box with a prompt to open the mobile setting to turn on the location using intent can be included there to avoid the crash.

May I work upon this issue and I also wanted to know the branch I have to copy and work upon ,master or the playstore one , i'm little confused over it.
