Image cropping at top left corner

I copied your code verbatim, in both your ImageCropper and ImageCropper2 tutorials, and both of them crop the top left corner of the image. My code is exactly the same as yours, and I made sure the constraints were correct. Have you had this issue before, or do you know what it could be?

I have a different issue that I don't know why is it doing it. it crops fine if I don't try zooming. but if I zoom in and move it around a bit, then I crop and the image is rotated.. anyway to stop the rotation? I don't want it to rotate.
