As of ffee72b , tests spawn on the right runners. Assuming the runtimes are okay, this PR should be ready to be merged.

This was me accidentally running a `systemctl restart runner-03` instead of `systemctl status runner-03`. I have restarted the test now, I expect it to finish just fine.

The rerun appears to be fine. `1.11-nightly, long` and `nightly, long` both have to "forcibly interrupt busy workers" at the end, suggesting that some minor swapping might be occurring, but...

This is still a problem for me

I do not find this option. I only find two options in the remote control section, see screenshot. The option "allow remote control of other users" seems dangerous 

This issue still affects me :(
