OPLL Modulator Release Issue?

Hi! First of all thank you for this awesome lib. Its really easy to use and well made.

I'm wondering if there is a little inaccuracy in the OPLL emulation of modulator release rate when the envelope is in sustained mode (non-percussion).

It seems fairly well documented that the hardware ignores the release rate (assume 0) in this case.

I have not gotten around to testing it on real hardware yet, but wanted to check with you first.
