Set power-on speed/Remember last fan speed

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a fan is turned on in HomeKit, it defaults to 100% speed, would it be possible to define which speed is set as the default when a fan is turned on by pressing the accessory tile?

Describe the solution you'd like A config option to set default fan speed to 1, 2, 3 (33%/66%/100%), last setting, etc.

Additional context I like having my fan start at its lowest speed when powered on. In the Bond app, you directly selet the speed you'd like, but HomeKit behaves a little differently

Interesting, I'd have to dig into this one to see if this is possible! I personally have a fan/light combo so have't run into this myself since single tapping the tile opens it UI to adjust the fan speed.

Hopefully it is possible, the Home Assistant Bond integration allows for this. Unfortunately that solution is flawed, because for some reason it doesn't allow you to change the fan icon once in HomeKit. There is currently no perfect solution :/
