Home page should show charts of # of implementations over time

After fixing issue #59 - the home page could be further enhanced with pretty charts that show # of implementations over time, using the date of each implementation report initial pull request as the date of implementation.

This would really help clearly show how fast Micropub is being adopted by both servers and clients.
