Parse YouTube videos

I believe @Zegnat has already done some experimental work on this.

Dropping link to my fork’s YouTube branch: Zegnat/XRay:youtube. This uses a video property as described in feed entries with post type video.

Channel rss feeds are parsed fine, but could optionally use the description. I have a pull request for that at https://github.com/aaronpk/picofeed/pull/5

Together with the allowIframeVideo , the content can become really rich then.
