I spent a few hours trying and failing to get this up and running on my machine, eventually gave up due to php plugin installation issues.

It would be great to have a tested, working docker image for the php portion (not database, redis, nginx, I already have those running).

I don't use Docker, but I'm happy to accept a PR for this if someone puts it together.

Re-reading the issue I've noticed that my docker stuff doesn't really help with that for now - the webserver container contains an Apache with PHP right inside. But maybe the Dockerfile for that can help with the php issues?
