broaden scope of check_git

atm repro only verifies that git is installed but I'd like to check for gitlib2 (or git2r/gitr) and a set configuration (name and email) too

I really recommend gert instead of git2r; gert was specifically written for the needs of users of replicability workshops, and designed to have few dependencies and smart defaults
