[Feature]: MicrosoftTeamsPreview shouldn't be preview anymore :-)

Maybe it shoud be a flavour (MSIX) in regular Teams app.

If it's added as an MSIX in the current Teams, it will show a different version number to the existing Teams.

The old Teams will be retired in June, so I'd suggest that we don't rename the Evergreen apps until then. I don't want to rename now to MicrosoftTeams2, and then MicrosoftTeams after June.

If you put it as a new Ring in the MicrosoftTeams app?

I've pushed a change to development that renames:

• MicrosoftTeams to MicrosoftTeamsClassic
• MicrosoftTeamsPreview to MicrosoftTeams
• Updates the app name for each production

This is a breaking change, so people will need to update scripts, but this should only require a single change to these functions.
