Links for OUI and ports get 404

The links to update OUI (Wireshark) and Ports database (IANA) no longer work.

Suggest making these end-user editable.

I confirm that. Does anybody know the correct urls to make a MR? anymore :-(

  • Please close this as dupe of #155 (which contains more info).
  • #156 claims to have fixed this in 2022, but i can't verify that until there is a built apk. Which is hard, with this protect being unmaintained.
