Adds Set Name to allow tracking of multiple backup sets

Separates the relationships between separate backup sets, so that you can maintain snapshots between different sets for an alternating backup schedule.

Sorry for not commenting on this sooner. I like the idea but I think it might be better to include it as an optional third part of the existing REPLICATE_SETS configuration item.
