[ChannelTabs] Issue: tabs are visible when Discord is fullscreen

Describe the bug When I put a voice channel in fullscreen, the tabs are still visible.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join a voice channel
2. Open it in fullscreen

Expected behavior I don't wanna see it (Like any other part of the Discord's UI)
