[ChannelTabs] Request: Adjust default bookmark name to include server

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I create a favourites folders containing announcement channels from multiple servers so that I can see at a glance via the message bubbles whether there is an announcement I need to catchup on.

Currently the default favourite name is just the name of the channel. If multiple anouncement folders from different servers are added to the same folder, it is hard to differentiate unless manually renamed one by one.

Describe the solution you'd like Default favourite name to include the server name eg server#announcements
