[ChannelTabs] Issue: as of 3 days ago channel tabs not showing

with the latest update of 0BDFDB plugin library and 0PluginLibrary (formerly ZaresPluginLibrary) Channel Tabs has not been showing, I have tried to reinstall the ChannelTabs plugin and have tried to open the settings for the plugin to which I get this popup on my screen

I have disabled my other plugins to see if they were interfering with the ChannelTabs and they were not
