[Issue] Not working with new Discord official accounts switcher

Describe the bug The plugin is NOT working after the new Discord accounts switcher because when I try to switch the account, Discord force me to add it to their new account switcher to be able to log in and have multiple accounts. I press the account Keybind > log out from the current account but stuck on discord new log in page.
