Add Friend Notifications compatibility

When you switch to another account, Friend Notifications makes a whole list of actions (screenshot below). I think it can be fixed somehow.

If adding FriendNotifications to the list of plugins to restart when switching, then it is nothing I can fix and it must be done by the other plugin.
