Manual update button & last update date

It's understandable that we don't want to run it all the time, as it doesn't make sense. However, if I need the latest information or just want to check if the outdated statuses have been cleared after fixing the 'bugs,' it would be good to be able to run the Recorder outside of the scheduled time.

From this point on, it's obvious that I don't know the timestamp of the data I'm currently viewing. So, it would be helpful to display when the server precisely recorded the data visible here.
