Add support for GA Enhanced Link Attribution

Please add an option to enable enhanced link attribution.

It requires adding the following line to the ga script: ga('require', 'linkid'); Details available here: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/enhanced-link-attribution
