Suggetion: TODO Explorer in Side Bar

It would be quite a useful feature if your plugin could collect all TODO: comments into a Sidebar Panel. Allowing us to see what TODO items are active in open documents.

Suggestion: also the FIXME and much better if we can add custom tag to explore in sidebar panel.
