Add Mirror Chooser

@aarnt , I'm working on it. I'm starting from the repository editor. I should have something in the next few days (I should have time to work on it tomorrow night and then it will go on Wednesday).

The first part, the plumbing to launch the mirror editor from octopi, was added yesterday. Also, I've created a new application: octopi-mirroreditor. The only thing remaining is moving from a QTableView to a selectable QTreeView (with proper model) which represents better how the mirrorlist is built. I'll be working on that in the next few days, starting tomorrow.
