idea: detach tab

There is an idea to be able detach tab to see multiple tabs side by side and work more efficiently. Possibly also the Window pull-down menu in order to move between open windows (different files).

Almost. The idea was that already opened file could be detached. E.g. in web browser there would be possible to drag the tab so that it will be separated into independent window. Or when opening new file (or recent one) then it would be appreciated if I could do it in new window.
