Install location issue with Turkish characters

I tried to install Treesheets to E:\yazarlık\, instead it installed to: E:\yazarlik\.

Note the dotless decapitalized i.

I use this to generate installers: https://sourceforge.net/projects/nsis/

So the bug is in there. I have no idea why and likely won't be able to fix that..
