Maybe I'm missing something, but how is ccache used? You're installing and using ccache for one run, but how is the cache used between runs?

@ib-bsb-br I don't mean to waste your time answering or fixing the things I commented on, which are mostly unrelated to the actual feature of arm64 builds.
IMO this PR cannot be reviewed seriously due to the amount of unrelated and unexplained changes, generated by LLM or otherwise.
Looking at the fork where this PR originates, I don't think you have a working arm64 build yet.
Also... I just noticed you deleted Mac builds entirely :tired_face:
I suggest closing this PR. If you need help with specific problems, you could open an issue and ask other humans who might know something about arm. When you have a working build, you can open a new PR that only adds Linux arm64 builds without changing anything else unnecessarily.
