BloodDrop issues in III for ThirteenAG

  • There is too low amunt of blood droples when fighting with peds.... comparing to GTA-VC

@aap can't compile latest version shaders:

>skygfx_vc\src\leeds.cpp(69): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'leedsWorldVS.h': No such file or directory
>skygfx_vc\src\matfx.cpp(769): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'nolightVS.h': No such file or directory

argh shit. it's been so long since I touched it I don't even know what files are what. I'll take a look later and try to commit a somewhat clean version.
