can you please also add RWS binary support ?

they don't have a really specified format as far as i know. it's just random RW chunks.

i can open the RWS files but i get raster and clump files i also found this https://sourceforge.net/projects/rwsreader/ but i dont know how i can build it. the files are all cpp. please help me at this section
