im new to this and im getting an error

when i try to build re3 file i get the error "LINK : fatal error LNK1104: 'rw.lib'" helpp.

You didn't build librw apparently? or it can't find it. in any case this is not really relevant to librw itself?!?

no i haven't created it and I don't know how to create it, i'm new in this field

This is a user error, not a librw error. Unless OP provides steps to let us reproduce his problem, let's close this issue.
