Fonts. Do we need them?

Or will Times New Roman do?

Empirically, browser's built-in font files for Times New Roman don't have a lot of common math symbols, so Symbola (or a better font, if you can find one) is definitely necessary for MathQuill.

I'm not sure what else graph.tk would need fonts for, certainly not for the actual graphing?

We only need them for MathQuill. The only problem is the large file size, but it is fine because it will just show Times New Roman while it's loading.

I just put this into the cache manifest:

font/Symbola.ttf font/Symbola.eot font/Symbola.otf

That's about 3 MB, and if I add the svg, then thats 2.2 MB more. Do we need the svg one?

the svg one was for Mobile Safari, it's possible they accept other font formats too now
