Modernize README

• [ ] Give example build commands with Dune rather than ocamlfind.
• [ ] Probably remove the image in favor of a code block.
• [ ] Markup_lwt and Markup_lwt_unix aren't conditionally available only when lwt is installed, but are in a separate package markup-lwt.
