Update http_proxy.go

commented e_host since not used because all occurencies are commented and giving error: core/http_proxy.go:381:5: e_host declared and not used compiling it.

i have sent this pr to fix the issue, just:

1. clone the repository
2. comment line 381 in the file core/http_proxy.go (add # at the beginning of the line)
3. run make
