Fail to build on PPC

Hi,

in SHA: aff7edc3eba45b58105fa44cb4fbe21f309b0ee8 LITTLE_ENDIAN is always defined.

This make toonloop FTBFS on PPC (and probably on other big-endian architectures). A proper check must be done before setting this.
