How to add items to scene ?

Hello this might be stupid question but i ran the project and i cannot find any way to add items to the scene like chairs or tables or …, in the original project there was a button called add item, this project i can't find anyway to add items.

The API for this seems to be mostly implemented, but the front-end UI for 'adding items' is all missing in the current release. It's like about 70% there, so you'd have to write that UI yourself. Seems this project has sort of died out from current development..

How have you guys solved this, have you found a way to add gltf objects, or an alternative framework, this looks quite amazing minus this key feature.
