DocType Cargo Type not found

Hi, I've installed the app and when i try to view the list of orders i receive this error message:  Any idea why is this happening? Thanks!

I got this error with version 14. ImportError: Module import failed for Trip Route, the DocType you're trying to open might be deleted. Error: No module named 'telegram'
