In partial sync mode, try to fetch the hot message istead of displaying “(message not fetched)”

Just turned on this feature as well (only sync open buffers) and got the same behaviour. Maybe indeed an additional option to fetch buffers when highlighted would solve this.

VPN works, but wrong DNS server is queried

Any update on incorparting a DNS setting? Would be a nice option to specify 2 DNS servers per VPN connection.

I believe this is a duplicate of https://github.com/runatlantis/atlantis/issues/1176 It seems it was fixed in March, but the changes were rolled back. A final fix is still needed imho - but...
