Unshaky stopped working - empty debug window
Describe the bug Unshaky appears to have stopped working. It shows a static number of shaky keypresses stopped, and the debug window is empty.
I am on OSX 10.13.6. I was on Unshaky 0.5.4, and just updated to 0.6. The same issue remains. What's odd is that even though I thought I completely uninstalled Unshaky, it remembered my preferences, so there must be something I missed. I tried restarting and sleeping the mac, but no joy.
Help please! :)
Looks like I had a conflict with Karabiner, which is annoying, as I use it to map the Caps Lock key to a Hyper key config. As soon as I disabled it, Unshaky started working again. Any suggestions for sorting this out?
I already opened a ticket weeks/months ago (#110) with the same problem. I let a message recently saying how I was fixing the problem (just lock screen). Can you try if it works for you?
Thanks for reporting. It is a possible duplicate of #110 or a conflict with Karabiner. I will test it when I am free.

I can't find the solution you left. Can you repeat it?
Does #131 apply to your scenario?
That fixed it! Interesting bug. Thanks :)
FWIW I also have this problem and I don't use Karabiner. So far 0.5.5 but 0.6 does not fix anything. Downgrading to 0.5.3 works. I do use BetterTouchTool but quitting that does not make a difference either. Any suggestions? I'm on 10.15.2.
Hello, I don't use karabiner I don't even know what it is, this app does nothing, I set delays to thousands of ms, still get double spaces all time, debug window is empty. Some suggestions?
I have been having the same problem. Currently on OS X 10.14.6, 0.6.0 of Unshaky.
I saw the most recent Catalina issue and decided to remove+add Unshaky from the Privacy/Accessibility settings. That seems to have fixed it for now.
Not sure it will stick though, because last time I installed Unshaky it worked for like 15 minutes and then nothing I did would get it to continue working.
Sadly, I have had to resort to this much simpler and less effective app to keep my keyboard from double keypressing constantly.
UPDATE: Yep, just like before, it stops working after about 15 minutes. Remove+add in Privacy/Accessibility doesn't solve. Back to the basic debouncer again!
