FloodWait

Hello would be awesome if you could sometime implement some kind of FloodWait function. for example like:

from pyrogram.errors import FloodWait
except FloodWait:

If the Bot gets then a FloodWarning, he can take a break and wait till it is ok to send again .

Sadly this Bot has already "killed" me 2 Telegram Accounds, because of the Flooding.
("killed" = permanent Bann of the Phone Number. Lifetime Bann to create or use any Telelegram with the Phone Number + Telegram accound incl. Data gone forever ....)

Would be awesome if this could be possible to realease, then I can again put the Bot "on to work" and leave without be frighten to get ma next Telegram Accound banned
