Packaging issue: `s` isn't listed as a dependency

While trying to setup this package with the elpaca package manager, it was pointed out to me in https://github.com/progfolio/elpaca/issues/220, that the dependency s should be declared in the main file's "Package-Requires: " header, otherwise package managers won't be able to pick it up.
