Add-on unable to download dependencies

After installing the add-on and restarting NVDA, a dialogue pops up saying "Error updating dependencies. Please restart NVDA and try again." In the NVDA log, the following is displayed. Error updating OpenAI dependencies: <urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: certificate has expired (_ssl.c:1006)>
