Filter to process only packets on some interfaces

Is possible to limit pkt-netflow to send flows only based on packets on specific interfaces? I want to generate flows for packets incomming from interfaces eth0 and eth1 but not eth2. Is possible to do something like this?

Not yet. But, I am thinking about adding feature for this.
