Polish the thing and release a beta

. find a better promise lib ? . find a better dyamo lib? Or rewrite dyn.js / dyn.tx.js . more unit tests, more unit test . create separate modules for indexes / make them pluggable (probably the fat.js is what the indexer.js should have been) . make async results processing more easy (eg. sync with end promise)
