If you are using Campaign to send your emails, you can follow the steps below to investigate what happened:

1. Ensure you are using a public IP. Please don't use an internal IP to send your emails.

Please use mail-tester.com to evaluate your emails. I see you are currently using a self-signed certificate. It would prevent your links from being accessed. Please use a Let's Encrypt certificate instead.

Are you using Email Marketing to send emails? This is very important.
