Please follow the steps below to try to investigate this issue:

  1. Check Postfix config.
postconf | grep 'hopcount_limit'
# Default: hopcount_limit = 50
  1. Ensure you do not set up email forwarding.
  2. Check your DNS records with MX, ensure that you do not have duplicate MX records.
